Judging by the weather forecast, summer is over. Here's a quick look at what we were up to when the sun was still hot as well as a few marketing tips.
Rumbling Against Cancer
Fish Marketing sponsored a team in the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of Lake Oswego in July. The Fish/Michelle DeCourcy team raised nearly $20,000, tops among all teams for the second straight year! At the center of the fundraising effort was Rumble on the River II, a riverfront concert headlined by Portland's First Lady of Rock, Storm Large! 300+ guests enjoyed BBQ, brews and live rock 'n' roll. A special thanks to Rumble sponsors: The Bank Of Oswego, Deschutes Brewery, Natalie's Estate Winery, Backline Records, Fat Milo's Family Kitchen, Witham & Dickey, ESCM Design-Build, Wildwood, Jeff Foster and McIsaac Communications.

West Oregon Wood
West Oregon Wood Products came to Fish Marketing to light a fire under their Lil' Devils BBQ Pellet brand. Fish created a new logo, developed a tagline, and did a total overhaul on the packaging. The new product will be out in BBQ stores this fall. If you're into wicked flavor, give it a try.

Yard, Garden & Patio Show
Fish Marketing's first order of business for the Yard, Garden & Patio Show was to reinvigorate the show with a new logo—something that is fun, fresh and vibrant. Fish Marketing created a logo that features an abstract red flower, playful/easy-to-read font and a color scheme that speaks to the excitement of outdoor living. Fish also created their 2011 tagline, "Bring life outside."
