Fresh Caught - June 2010

Summer is here, or at least we are pretty sure it is coming, and we have a bevy of new projects and staff members to introduce. As business continues to grow we have added two new project managers in order for us to keep up with the workload. Marcus and Amy are our new additions to the team. Feel free to learn more about them in our "New Staff" section, or hammer them with questions when you come by the office. We also have some new and exciting campaigns getting under way, so feel free to check them out in "fresh caught".

Utah Gold Buyers

Utah Gold Buyers came to us to create a brand identity, new website and provide local search engine marketing. We created a logo, website and promptly landed them on the Google Map Pack for Salt Lake City. Then we created pay-per-click ads for Google and Facebook that are pulling customers from across the Salt Lake metro area. They've been so successful that a second location is planned for later this month.

Grand Opening of the Sherwood Business Banking Center by The Bank of Oswego
Fish-Marketing and The Bank of Oswego teamed up for an immensely successful grand opening of the Sherwood Business Banking Center. Fish provided creative and strategy for new Brand Identity, Collaterals, In-Store Signage and Print Ads. Take a look at this introductory ad to learn more.

Fort Vancouver Website

Fort Vancouver came to us looking for a microsite with a unique look for their Independence Day event. After a year of hiatus, the organization was re-introducing their popular Fourth of July event, but seeking to rebrand it as a more historically focused, family event. Fish Marketing designed and implemented a new microsite that remained consistent with the organizations overall brand, but established a unique look and feel for the event. The website features a patriotic color scheme, CMS integration with LiveSite, and a stunning fireworks flash background. Check out the microsite and put the event on your calendars!

Pastini Pastaria Radio Spot

Pastini came to Fish Marketing seeking to differentiate itself from it's competition and carve out a meaningful brand position. Our research and analysis concluded that Pastini's primary competition were large, corporate chains. Pastini's competitive advantage was its use of fresh, local ingredients and handcrafting of each entre. This is in opposition to the competition, who use pre-cooked entres and canned sauces. We recommended the tagline, "Local means fresher, and fresher tastes better." And, proposed that co-owner Susie became the face and voice of the marketing to reinforce the "local" brand position. Here's an example of the current radio campaign.

Bruce Titus Automotive Pet Project

Fish Marketing recently formed a relationship with Bruce Titus Automotive Group, which has 7 dealerships throughout Kirkland, Tacoma and Olympia Washington. One of first orders of business was the launch of a TV campaign called the "Pet Project". The "Pet Project" was created to help the Humane Societies throughout the Puget Sound region. When you test-drive a car at any Bruce Titus Dealership, they will donate $25 to the Humane Society of your choice. The new spots feature employees from all 7 dealerships and yes lots of dogs and cats! Fish Marketing is covering all of the media buys for this campaign in all three markets. The Pet Project is causing quite a positive commotion and we are excited to help out our furry friends.
